NEW! Summer Class for Kids (and Adults too).

Ages 8 and up. Make a fun fused glass piece to use as a backpack or zipper pull, magnet or pendant. Kids (or the young at heart) will create one whimsical work of art.  Additional pieces can be made for $10 each. We will fire the project in our kiln. Items will be ready for pickup in about 1 week.

Parent/Guardian should stay nearby and leave their phone # with us, there will not be space in the classroom for those who are not enrolled in class, but you are welcome to browse the store or wander nearby on Main St.

1 session, 1.5 hours

Fee includes use of our tools, glass, materials and one kiln firing.

No experience needed, Ages 8 and up

Registration Policy Details:

When you register for class, we reserve your space and supplies. For cancellations or transfers more than 5 days prior to class, you will receive a refund or credit of your payment. Cancellations or transfers within 5 days or “no shows” forfeit payment. Thank you for understanding that as a small business, we cannot absorb the cost of last minute cancellations.
-We do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes.
-Everyone present during a class must be enrolled in the class.

-In the rare event of a class cancellation by The Glass Workbench, you will receive a full refund.

-Participants give permission for The Glass Workbench to take and use photographs which may include their image or artwork.

-We are in a wonderful historic building which is unfortunately not ADA accessible. There are stairs to get to our classroom. Please call if you have any questions. We want to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
